First day of school at my new business uni here in Gothenburg. It must have said LOST in my forehead but everything went fine. Met so many unexpected and familiar faces, some from Jibs, others from other places. Always nice to know someone.
It might be the case that I left out some Gabby Moments from my skiing trip. You'll get them now instead.
Slalom & split. The girls thought it was a great idea to play and slalom around each other. First one goes slalom around the others, who are standing in the slope, until this person is last, she stops and the first one continues. Hesitating, very clumpsy, I got around the others. Only once, I tripped and managed to make the uggliest fall of us all, ending up with my legs and skis in a split. Nice stretch, thank god I'm fairly flexible (?)
Stuck in the ski lift. Or actually, I never made it as far as to the lift. You know the bars that close and open when the next people may enter the sitting ski lift, they're evil! My friend tells me to glide forward; yeye, I got tons of time and start to glide, when, smack, one of my legs gets stuck when the bar is closing. So I'm standing there, with my leg and bottom stuck, and can only wait for it to open again and take the next lift. This was followed by laughter and a big bruise (still existing above my bottom).
Lift again. This time it was on the transportation part. I usually like those lifts that you hang on to and drag you along the slope. When the sign said, 30 m left, there was a little "hill" leaning down, making me go more forward than the lift. This resulting in me crashing down and trying to crawl away before my friend behind me ran me over.
Conclusion? Lifts are evil.
